Dolly Predovic founded Career Paths in 2012, when she decided to leave her academic career in Finance to dedicate herself as entrepreneur to building a consulting company in the field of Education.
Her passion for Education was consolidated over more than twenty years of academic life, during which Dolly first educated, and then helped many young people to enter the world of work. Dolly was professor of Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi, where she concluded her academic career as Director of the Master in Corporate Finance. In 1990, she participated in the planning and realization of the first international program at Bocconi University, the Master in International Economics and Management (MIEM), which opened up the path to the internationalization of the University. She was director of the International Executive Education division and professor of Corporate Finance and Valuation for the prestigious SDA Bocconi MBA.
She has published numerous books and articles, above all on the topic of Brand Valuation.
She has been an independent counsellor at Pirelli RE, and currently sits on the Supervisory Boards of two banks (one Croatian and the other Montenegrin) and of Hrvatski Telekom, part of the Deutsche Telekom group.
She is currently President of the Advocacy Committee on Education of the American Chamber of Commerce in Italy and does research in the field of employability and international education with the CHEI - Center for Higher Education Internationalization at UCSC – Universita’ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Robert Čoban

Robert Čoban is a media professional with 28 years’ experience working in the media sector and publishing company. He is best described as a passionate and excellent communicator, founder, leader, and manager, with a comprehensive knowledge of world`s media industry, especially in the West Balkan region, based on personal knowledge and experience. The areas Robert specializes in are publishing, communication, events organizing, PR, external relations, sales, and online media. He started his career in 1990 when he, for a year, worked as a correspondent from Novi Sad for the Belgrade newspaper “Večernje novosti”, Zagreb newspaper “Arena” and Sarajevo newspaper “Naši dani”, also “Vreme” magazine and magazine “Stav”. From December 1991 to April 1992 he was a journalist for the Vojvodina Radio Television (Radio Televizija Vojvodine). Since February 1992 he holds the position of the President of the board at the Color Press Group. CPG is the biggest publisher in the region with an extensive portfolio in 6 counties (ex-Yugoslav region), consisting of 84 magazines, 21 portals, and over 50 conferences and festivals per year. At the CPG, Robert’s responsibilities include managing company operations, defining company`s strategy, plans and all aspects of leading business; execution of BP, P&L strategy, managing and providing direction to the employees, contributors, and partners. He also leads the organization of the events and conferences, and the cooperation with domestic and international organizations, institutions and companies. Robert’s key achievements are establishing the company in 1992 and, with the group of students, founding the student magazine “Index”. After two issues, the entire editorial staff was shifted and the Independent Index was launched, which will later change the name into the “Svet” magazine, which was the base for establishing company – the Color Press Group. Some of the most popular CPG brands are magazines (Story, Gloria, Hello, Lepota&Zdravlje, Brava Casa, Jamie Oliver, Diplomacy&Commerce), conferences (The Economist: World in…, CSR, Teen Talk, Digital, Serbia Goes Green, Book Talk, Pro Femina, Food Talk), and festivals (Winterfest, Lovefest, Octoberfest).

Eric Villency

Inc. Magazine named Eric Villency as one of the most influential designers to watch and Well+Good has called him “The wizard of wellness design” and a “design genius” for his innovative work in the fitness industry. Villency’s unique multidisciplinary approach to design has produced a prolific body of work that includes sports stadiums, airport terminals, hotels, hospitals, large-scale art installations, fitness equipment, performance apparel, fashion, automotive design, furniture, consumer electronics and product design. His extensive work in fitness includes Echelon, Rumble boxing, Barry's Bootcamp along with the iconic original Soul Cycle bike as well as the ubiquitous interactive Peloton bike-named “best Cardio Machine on the planet ” by Men’s Health.   He appears frequently as a design expert on national television in addition to authoring numerous articles on the subject. Television In addition to his design work, Eric has appeared as a regularly contributing design and lifestyle expert on NBC’s Today in addition to segments for Good Morning America, PBS, The Tyra Banks Show, HGTV, and the Travel Channel. He has produced and hosted numerous pieces on design, lifestyle and wellness, and interviewed notable personalities including Christiane Amanpour, Terrance Howard and John McEnroe. Published Work Villency was formerly the Contributing Editor for Details magazine and Best Life magazine. He has also authored pieces for The New York Times, Departures magazine, The Huffington Post and Women’s Health.

Francisco Marmolejo

Education Advisor of Qatar Foundation & Panelist

Francisco Marmolejo is since February 2020, Education Advisor of Qatar Foundation. Previously (2012-20), he worked at the World Bank as Global Higher Education Coordinator, based in Washington, DC., and more recently as Lead Higher Education Specialist for India and South Asia, in New Delhi. During 1995-2002, he served as founding Executive Director of the Consortium for North American Higher Education Collaboration at the University of Arizona, where he also worked as Assistant Vice President. Previously, he was American Council on Education Fellow at the University of Massachusetts, Vice President of the University of the Americas in Mexico, and International Consultant at OECD in Paris.

Milena Đuričić

Co- Founder & COO at Videomite & Panelist

Milena Djuricic is an entrepreneur with an extensive corporate background who is more than 20 years in the technology sector. Born and educated in Belgrade, she lived in Athens, Moscow, and currently is based in Istanbul. Milena spent eight years in Google in various regional executive positions, including Head of YouTube and Head of DoubleClick for EMEA Emerging Markets. After Yandex, where she worked for three years as Vice President of Business Development, she invested in Videomite and soon joined full time due to the company's fast growth. Videomite is the biggest Turkish digital distributor and a direct partner with Netflix, Google/YouTube, Amazon, Apple, Spotify, Yandex, BluTV, Vodafone TV, and many more VOD and digital music platforms. In parallel, Milena is an angel investor focused on e-commerce startups.

Elsphet Jones

Emerita Professor of the Internationalisation of Higher Education, Leeds Beckett University, UK & Panelist

Elspeth Jones is Emerita Professor of the Internationalisation of Higher Education, Leeds Beckett University, UK and an internationally recognised thought leader, author and researcher. She has published extensively and is founding editor of the influential Routledge book series, Internationalization in Higher Education. Elspeth has worked in countries all over the world, including at the Centre for Higher Education Internationalisation at UCSC in Milan, where she is Honorary Visiting Fellow and member of the Academic Board. She is past Chair of the EAIE Expert Community on Internationalisation at Home, and hosts a YouTube channel featuring conversations with international educators. Elspeth was recently awarded the inaugural North Star Medal of Lifetime Achievement, in the A. Noam Chomsky Global Connections Awards of the STAR Scholars Network.

Riccardo Donadon

Tanya Golesic

President Jimmy Choo Americas & Panelist

Since taking over the Jimmy Choo business in 2016, as President of the Americas (now part of Capri Holdings), Tanya Golesic is leading the brand into expansion as a full luxury, lifestyle omni- channel brand. Before joining Jimmy Choo, Canadian born Golesic moved to Canada to serve as Global CCO, of Canada Goose where she was charged with developing the brand into a top performing global luxury player. Ms. Golesic also spearheaded the pre IPO strategy for the company by increasing brand awareness and revenue in the US, Canada, Europe and Japan. Prior to Canada Goose, Golesic was the Global SVP of sales and planning at Marc Jacobs (LVMH) where she was credited with the launch of the “business planning” division at Marc by Marc Jacobs. This division helped to increase productivity and profitability for the brand, at which time Marc by Marc Jacobs was one of the leading contemporary accessories brands. Ms. Golesic has also served in Vice President and SVP roles with both the Jones Group and Ralph Lauren in New York. Ms. Golesic serves on the Fashion Footwear Association of New York board and the Zagreb School of Economics and Management

Sebastian Suhl

CEO at Trussardi & Panelist

Born in New York City, Sebastian Suhl obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in World Political Economy from Colorado College in 1989. Later he completed MBA coursework at ESADE business school in Barcelona. Suhl has a highly regarded international profile within fashion with a 20+ year career in different parts of the globe. After spending 5 years as an auditor and management consultant, Suhl participated in the launch of the Thimister couture house in Paris. He then had a 2-year stint as Commercial Director of Courrèges. In 2001 he joined Prada Group where he experienced success, first as General Manager France, then CEO Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong, and finally Chief Operating Officer of the Group, in Milan. He played a key role in Prada’s IPO in Hong Kong (2011), where the luxury goods group achieved a market capitalisation of over $10 billion. From 2012 – 2018 Suhl joined LVMH, first as CEO of Givenchy in Paris, where he led the most significant development of the brands’ global business, following which he moved to New York to lead the re-launch of Marc Jacobs. Suhl joined Trussardi as CEO and member of the board of directors in autumn 2020, after spending two years as Managing Director – Global Markets at Valentino. Sebastian Suhl is 52 years old, works and lives in Milan.

Jelena Maras

Bachelor Student at IE Business School & Panelist

Jelena Maras is 19 years old, she is from Zagreb, Croatia and graduated last year from the IB program in XV. Gimnazija. After she had quite a lot admissions to renowned universities in Europe, Jelena did a great decision and is now studying Bachelor of Business Administration at IE University in Madrid and enjoying her new experiences as a student abroad.

Ottavia Pomini

GIA Graduate Gemologist & Panelist

Ottavia Pomini is 26 years old, lives in London and is a gemologist. A few years ago, while she was studying public relations and corporate communications at IULM University in Milan, she decided to move to New York, and, with the support of the Career Paths team, Ottavia started an 8 month internship in the big apple at Vhernier, an high-end jewelry brand. Since then she has literally fallen in love with the diamond and precious stones industry. After graduating at IULM and a year of studying at the Gemological Institute of America in London Ottavia became a gemologist. Ottavia is a very creative and open-minded person. She has the entrepreneur spirit and started working on her own jewelry company.

Brin Mrzel Oberc

Master Student at ESMT & Panelist

Brin is 22 years old, born in Slovenia and finished his Matura at the International School of Belgrade. He moved to the UK and studied Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management at Royal Holloway University in London. Last September Brin started his Master in Management at ESMT in Berlin online, due to COVID-19. He is a passionate basketball player, very hands on and definitely always finds a way towards his goal.

Tin Vojnović

Master Student at SDI Bocconi & Panelist

Tin Vojnovic is 25 years old and from Croatia. His student journey started as undergraduate at Zagreb School of Economics and Management. Later on, he completed a double degree master program, receiving diploma both for MBA at ZSEM and Master in International Management from LUISS in Rome. Despite of graduating in 2 master degrees, he still didn't feel quite complete in his academic journey. Tin wanted to specialise and throughout the years he developed interest for food & beverage industry in general. Therefore he decided to enroll in the Master programm in Food and Beverage Management at SDA Bocconi. Currently Tin is 2 months from graduation and this dedicated program allowed him to pursue his passion and be the best version of himself.

Goran Vlašić

Council Chair at Innovation Institute & Associate Professor at Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb & Speaker

Professor Goran Vlašić is a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb, where he focuses his work in the field of innovation and market strategies. Apart from Zagreb, he worked as a professor at the University of Ljubljana (SI) and the University of Sussex (UK), and as a guest lecturer at Bocconi University (IT) and the Georgia Institute of Technology (USA). He obtained his first PhD at the Bocconi University (IT) in the field of innovation and market strategies and the second doctorate degree at the University of Klagenfurt (AT) in the field of sociology and economics. During his professional career Professor Vlašić has won numerous awards where some of the most prominent are the European Marketing Academy & McKinsey award for the second best doctorate in the world, and the National Science Award presented by the Croatian Parliament. In his research he focuses on value-creating strategies and innovation as a basis for growth and development within the organization. In addition to the academic career, Goran Vlašić works as a consultant for numerous regional companies, he is co-founder of the Innovation Institute and founder of the leading regional executive education program Advanced Program in Business. As a President of the Academic Council at the Innovation Institute, together with leading global and regional scholars, he aims at connecting academia and practice with a goal to question existing dogmas and encourage different thinking among regional decision-makers in order to continuously create new value and ensure long-term and sustainable business development.

Jacob Fatih

Jacob Fatih is CEO of Crealize GmbH, which he founded together with David Ewald in 2015 in Essen. The native Iranian and multiple founder can already look back on a steep career as an entrepreneur and visionary and would now like to offer founders with Crealize the infrastructure in a family environment to develop into successful entrepreneurs and to establish their ideas in the market. Born in Tehran in 1975, Jacob Fatih had to leave his home country Iran for political reasons at the age of 23 and came to Germany via turbulent detours. With an entrepreneurial spirit and the right contacts, he started his first business in his new home just a few years later: in 2005 he became a co-founder of Schulte & Fatih real estate company.Jacob Fatih established several brands as market leaders in their industry: launched in 2006 as a digital platform for extreme athletes under the name Sponsoree.com, YT Industries emerged from this and in just a few years will become one of the world's most successful brands in professional mountain bike sports. As a co-founder of the real estate company Greyfield Group or the tech company IPWatch, Jacob Fatih uses his flair for marketable ideas and types of entrepreneurs in various industries. As a young and sports-loving man, Fatih is on the road a lot in the then still small fitness scene: he put his vision of rethinking fitness as a sport and making it accessible to society at large into action in 2009 with the opening of the first FitX studio in Essen around. In the following ten years, FitX, under the leadership of Fatih and a young, growing team, became one of the most successful fitness companies in Europe: the company now has more than 2,400 employees, 89 studios and over 800,000 members. FitX and its mission FOR ALL OF US herald a new era in the fitness industry.
After ten years, the founder Jacob Fatih is leaving FitX in 2019 at his own request in order to devote all his energy to this task: With Crealize, to contribute to a new founder mentality in Germany and to create brands that leave their mark worldwide.Founded in 2015 in Essen, Crealize develops new business models as a company creator and offers startups an entrepreneurial home: In 2018, Crealize laid the foundation for a new spa generation with Wellnest and created exclusive wellness experiences in complete privacy. Ea Crnić

Ea is 17 years old, an excellent student in the IB diploma program in Zagreb and part of Career Paths since Career Paths’ start in 2019. She is very talented with languages but also interested in business, international affairs, communication and biology. Inspired by her international academic experiences in Switzerland and the US, Ea is aiming to study abroad.
When she is not busy learning for school, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family as well as traveling and exploring other cultures.

Antonija Mandić

Lead Moderator of Career Paths Connects

Antonija Mandić is a Croatian journalist, TV & radio host with almost 20 years of media experience. After starting out as a news reporter for Nova TV, she moved to RTL Television and for almost 10 years covered all major entertainment events, mostly film festivals such as Cannes, Mostra, Berlinale, Sundance.
Throughout her career, Antonija interviewed all the biggest movie stars, and hosted some of the biggest RTL’s projects, like Croatia's entering European Union. She was the editor and the host of daily talk-show Studio 45, that covered variety of topics - from entertainment to current affairs. Upon leaving RTL, she was named program director for Soundset radio, a national radio network where she hosted the morning show. She currently works as a media consultant in her own company and serves as a moderator for the biggest bussines and media conferences in Croatia, such as Dani komunikacija, Weekend media festival, New media market Dubrovnik & Zagreb, FMCG summit, ATP Croatia Open, Digital Takeover, WinDays, HR Days conference, Nielsen annual shoppers trends conference, and many more.
